At 10:00 a.m. on July 23, 2020, Liu Weiping, Vice Chairman of Jiangxi Federation of Trade Unions, made a special visit to Jiangxi Netis Systems Co., Ltd. with his heartwarming gifts to employees in need. He investigated the production and operation of the Company and the work of the Trade Union, and presented the medical products to employees in need, accompanied by Cheng Xia, Vice Chairman of Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Cao Zhanhua, Executive Vice Chairman of Federation of Trade Unions of the Economic Development Zone, and Li Xibin, Director of the park.
Liu Weiping and the leaders accompanied expressed their care to the employees in need of the Company and discussed with the employee representatives; and then visited the exhibition hall, production workshops and staff home of the Company and the activity room of the trade union to learn about the trade union, the working environment of production line employees and the production and operation of the Company.
Liu Weiping spoke highly of the contribution made by Netis to the economic and social development of Pingxiang. He affirmed the Company’s insistence on innovative development, focusing on epidemic prevention and control, resumption of work and production, caring about the life of employees, and the colorful cultural and entertainment activities carried out for employees. He hoped that the trade union, under the leadership of the party organization and the support of the Company’s Board of Directors and management team, would always care about the employees in the production lines, listen to the voices of the employees in need, and build a bridge between the enterprise and employees to transmit positive energy and optimism. Especially in this hot summer, it’s necessary to urge all workshops to do a good job in heatstroke prevention and labor protection to create a good working environment for employees in production lines, and ensure the health and safety of each employee.
